Shipping policy
At OnBoat Marine, we ship within the United States via major national carriers to ensure safe and reliable deliveries. Important: We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: $9.95 (3 to 7 business days).
Expedited Shipping: $24.95 (1 to 3 business days).
Important Delivery Details:
Same-Day Processing & Cut-off Time: We offer same-day handling for all orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (16:00) (EST) on a business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 p.m., or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
Availability: Shipping options and rates are displayed clearly at checkout based on the specific items in your cart.
Third-Party Billing
Third-party billing is available for most carriers.
For shipments billed to a third-party account, all claims for loss or damage must be handled by the account holder.
OnBoat Marine is not responsible for claims related to shipments billed to third parties.
Order Processing
Orders are processed only on business days.
Orders placed after the carrier’s cut-off time will be shipped the following business day.
Weekends and holidays are not considered processing or transit days.
Damages, Losses, and Liability
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, shipping responsibility passes to the carrier.
Any damage must be reported within 24–48 hours after delivery, including photos of the product and original packaging.
Claims are subject to the policies of the carrier and the supplier.
