1. Return Period & Conditions We offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt for commercial returns. To be eligible:

Condition: Items must be 100% complete, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (no marks of installation or use).

Non-Returnable: Special orders (non-stock items), and opened software, DVDs, CDs, or electronic charts/cartography are non-returnable unless proven defective upon arrival.

DOA (Dead on Arrival): Defective items out of the box must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Manufacturer Warranty (Technical Service) In alignment with major marine electronics brands:

Direct Warranty: OnBoat Marine does not provide a direct independent warranty. Units requiring service or repair after installation must be sent directly to the manufacturer (e.g., Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad).

Long-term Support: Manufacturer-specific policies govern the performance and repair of the equipment. We will provide any necessary documentation, such as original invoices, to facilitate your claim with them.
3. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping: For returns due to customer preference (remorse), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or there was an error on our part, OnBoat Marine will provide a pre-paid return label.

Restocking Fees: Please be advised that returned merchandise (non-defective) is subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. This fee covers inspection, logistics, and processing.
4. How to Obtain an RMA All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.
